     CHEMISTRY CONTROL

    CONTROLLED HEAT TREATMENT

    Spectrometer-verified chemistry on every heat. Controlled heat treatment with calibrated furnace records. Material chemistry and heat treatment are controlled to meet the specified grade and supply condition.

    MECHANICAL TESTING

    Tensile, hardness and impact testing with test certificates.

    REPAIR WELDING

    Repair welding to approved procedures where permitted.
