OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

From Pattern to Proven Casting.

A controlled foundry process combining engineering, metallurgy, manufacturing and inspection for consistent casting performance.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Every Stage Controlled. Quality at Every Step.

From pattern development to final inspection, critical foundry operations follow a defined manufacturing route under one quality system.

PATTERN → MOULD → MELT → TREAT → FINISH → INSPECT
01

ENGINEERING • PATTERN DEVELOPMENT

Pattern Making

Patterns and core boxes are developed in wood, aluminium and thermocol (EPS), with repair, modification and storage support. 3D design and reverse engineering support new pattern development.

MOULDING • CO₂ PROCESS

Moulding

Sodium silicate CO₂ and green sand moulding processes are used to produce accurate, dimensionally stable moulds. Mould boxes support castings from 2 kg to 2,500 kg single piece.

METALLURGY • MELTING

Melting

Medium-frequency induction melting is supported by controlled charge preparation, ladle treatment and spectrometer-linked bath analysis for chemistry correction before every pour.

METALLURGY • PROPERTY CONTROL

Heat Treatment

Controlled heat treatment includes annealing, normalising, hardening, quenching, tempering and solution treatment according to grade requirements.

FINISHING • PREPARATION

Fettling & Finishing

Shot blasting, grinding, chipping, gas cutting and approved repair processes prepare castings for final inspection and finishing.

QUALITY • VERIFICATION

Inspection

Chemical, mechanical, non-destructive and dimensional inspection support casting verification, with traceability to heat number, chemistry and test documentation.
