THE MATERIAL

Wear Resistance Without Over-Specification.

Ni-Hard is a nickel-chromium white iron used for abrasion-resistant applications, particularly sliding abrasion. BSCPL casts Ni-Hard 1 / 2 (Ni-Cr) and Ni-Hard 4 (Ni-Cr-Si) grades.

    LOW-IMPACT SLIDING ABRASION

    SEVERE ABRASION

    Ni-Hard offers excellent value in low-impact sliding abrasion such as ash, sand and coal. High chrome offers longer life in severe abrasion.

    WET DUTY

    High chrome also offers better corrosion resistance in wet duty.
