DUPLEX STEEL CASTINGS
Strength Meets Corrosion Resistance.
Duplex stainless steel castings engineered for aggressive chloride environments where strength and corrosion resistance are both critical.

THE MATERIAL
DUAL-PHASE STRUCTURE.
Duplex stainless steels combine austenitic and ferritic structures in roughly equal proportion, delivering nearly twice the strength of standard austenitic stainless steel along with resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting.

SOLUTION ANNEALING
+

MICROSTRUCTURE VERIFICATION
Controlled solution annealing and water quenching are used to achieve the required austenite-ferrite phase balance. Ferrite measurement and microstructure examination verify the austenite-ferrite phase balance.

CHEMISTRY CERTIFICATION
Full chemistry, including nitrogen, is certified for every heat.

PROCESS DISCIPLINE
Every duplex casting follows controlled heat treatment and material verification.
